The City has received an application for a shed at Lot 606 (No.5473) Roland Road Gidgegannup.

The land is zoned Rural under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Rural-Residential under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17

This proposal comprises the following:

  • 20m length, 12m width, totalling 240m2
  • The wall height is 4m, however the apex roof height is 5.7m

This proposal varies POL-TP-126 Building and development standards – Rural Zones by virtue of proposing a 14m setback to the southern boundary in lieu of the required 20m setback.

Prior to determining this application the City would like to invite you to comment on the proposal.
