The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. Prior to the City giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.

The applicant is seeking variations to the deemed-to-comply provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 – Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) as outlined below:

Clause 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setback: The applicant proposes a reduced side lot boundary setback of 1m in lieu of the 7.5m required in accordance with Table B.

Clause 5.4.3 Outbuildings: The proposed outbuilding exceeds the maximum permissible area of 60m² and the maximum wall height of 2.4m.
