The City has received a development approval application for a single house at Lot 317 (No.216) Botanic Loop, BRIGADOON WA 6069.
The application also proposes amending the existing building envelope.
The details of the proposal are as follows:
- The application seeks to remove native vegetation in order to establish a 1948.8m2 building envelope in accordance with the provisions of ‘ODP-147 – Brigadoon Structure Plan
- The proposed development seeks a variation to the setback requirements of ‘OPD-147 –Brigadoon Structure Plan’. Specifically, the proposed clearing and building envelope will be setback 18m from common property boundaries in lieu of the required 30m
- Once established, it is anticipated that any future development at Lot 317 (No.216) Botanic Loop will be located within the building envelope area shown on the enclosed plans.
