The City has received an application for a shed and single house development at Lot 144 (No.408) Connemara Drive, Brigadoon. The single house development is a 318.5 m² dwelling and 192 m² shed.
The applicant is proposing the following variations:
- The southern lot boundary setback of 23m in lieu of 30m
- Due to the site’s topography, the 5m height shed will be elevated to a maximum of 1.1m above the ground level at the lot’s boundary.
