The City is seeking public comment on a Development Application for a proposed ‘Self Storage Premises’ at 11/132 Clayton Street, Bellevue.

The lot is zoned ‘Urban’ under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and ‘Residential Development’ under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No.17. Development and use of land is to be in accordance with an approved Structure Plan with the subject proposal made prior to a Structure Plan being prepared.

The land use is a ‘Use Not Listed’ in accordance with Clause 4.4.2 of the City’s Scheme and the application is subject to advertising in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.

Details of the proposal include:

  • 39 storage units;
  • 39 car parks; and
  • Two-way vehicle access proposed to Katharine Street
