The City has received a development application for an existing colorbond front fence on Lot 197 (Lot 21) Denninup Way, MALAGA WA 6090. The existing fencing covers the full front façade with a garrison style steel gate.
The details of the proposed development are as follows:
- Fencing: 28.86m length and 2.1m height
- Gate: 6.2m length and 2.1m height
The City will conduct a merit-based assessment against the objectives of the “General Industrial Zone” and POL-TP-124 Building and Development Standards - Industrial Zones.
Prior to the Council giving consideration to the proposal, comments from the surrounding owners are being sought.
