The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. The applicant is seeking approval to construct a new single dwelling and an outbuilding at Lot 2167 (No.59) Litchfield Promenade, Jane Brook.
The following key elements will be included as part of this application and the proposed development of the land (please refer the drawings):
- The construction of a new single dwelling comprising a total floor area of 500m2 and an ancillary dwelling with an area of 74m2
- Construction of one (1) outbuilding comprising an area of 330m2
- Construction of a swimming pool
- Construction of retaining walls
- Installation of two water tanks
