The City has received a proposal for a commercial extension.

The proposal seeks a variation to Local Planning Policy POL-TP-125 – Building and Development Standards – Commercial Zones, proposing a 1.4m setback to the northern boundary in lieu of the standard 3.0m.

Variations to policy are considered through the City’s assessment and discretion. Prior to the City considering the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.
