The City has received an application for a Sales Office including an associated car park area,

landscaping, and signage at Lot 100 (No.218) Stock Road, Bullsbrook. Details of the proposal

are as follows:

  • 18m2 sales office building
  • Five (5) vehicle bays
  • Landscaping and amenities
  • Vehicular access via an existing crossover from Stock Road
  • Three (3) estate signs located intermittently across the 490m lot frontage to Stock Road.

The sales office is intended for land sales in the future Bullsbrook South Local Structure Plan

area, located approximately 4.1km northeast from the proposed sales office site.
