The City has received a development application for a signage at 202 Mayfield Drive BRABHAM. The lot is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Special Use 10 under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No.17.
The application seeks approval for 1.49m2 of signage in lieu of 0.2m2 under the Schedule 5 Exemption Criteria of the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 17 and will be located on the northern side of the existing dwelling.
The City of Swan is seeking neighbouring residents’ comments on the proposal prior determining this application.
