The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration.

The applicant is seeking approval for a change of use from an Aged Person Dwelling to an Accessible Dwellings at Lot 5 (No.6B) Searle Street MIDDLE SWAN.

As the proposed Accessible Dwelling is not listed under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 17 (LPS17), it is considered a ‘Use Not Listed’. In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the application has to be advertised to all neighbouring properties within a 200m radius.

The Accessible Dwellings are compliant with the State Planning policy 7.3 - Residential Design Codes.
