- The proposed carport is 78.5m2 in area, located at the northern portion of the property.
The proposed development seeks the following variation to the Residential Design Codes 2024 (Part B):
- Northern Lot boundary setback of 0.5m in lieu of the minimum 1m
- Open space of 49.2% in lieu of the minimum 50%
