The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. Prior to the City giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.

The application is seeking variations to specific provisions of the Brigadoon Structure Plan as outlined below:

• The Proposed Building Envelope for the Single House is set back less than 30m to both side boundaries
  • Proposed setback 28.987m in lieu of 30m
  • Proposed setback 17.936m in lieu of 30m
• The Proposed Single House is setback 24.008m in lieu of 30m.
