The City has received a development application for a proposed ‘outbuilding’ located on Lot 3 (No.1311) Railway Pde, BULLSBROOK WA 6084.
The details of the proposed development are as follows:
- Area: 20m x 12m = 240m2
- Wall height: 4.2m
- Roof height: 5.258m
- Material: Colorbond – Ironstone
The proposed outbuilding has the following setbacks from lot boundaries:
