An application has been received by the City of Swan for the construction of eight (8) warehouse units across Lots 203, 498, 499, 500 & 511 Blackburn Street and Lot 201 Great Eastern Highway, Bellevue.
The application seeks planning approval for the following works:
- Construction of eight (8) warehouse units with mezzanines, totalling 1,663m² in Gross Leasable Area (GLA)
- A total of 28 car parking bays, including 1 PWD bay and 8 tandem bays
- Six (6) on-street parking bays proposed within the verge of Blackburn Street, fronting the southern boundary of the subject site
- Verge landscaping
- Vehicle access and egress via the existing crossover on Horace Street and two (2) proposed new crossovers to Blackburn Street.
