- The proposed ancillary dwelling is a single storey dwelling with a maximum height of 4.36m above natural ground line.
The proposed development seeks the following variation to the Residential Design Codes:
RDC (2024) Part B Clause 5.1.3 Lot Boundary setbacks
- Boundary wall proposed on south-west boundary.
