The City has received a planning application for an outbuilding at Lot 202 (No. 933) Reen Road, GIDGEGANNUP.
The lot is zoned Rural under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Landscape under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17
The proposal consists of the following particulars:
- 9.3m x 7m (65.1m²) outbuilding
- 1m lean-to roof extension
- 2.7m wall height
- 3.4m total height
This proposal varies the setback provisions of ‘POL-TP-126 – Building and Development Standards – Rural Zones by virtue of proposing a 15m setback to the western boundary in lieu of the required 20m.
Prior to the determination of application, the City wishes to formally invite you to provide a submission on this proposal.
