The City has received an application for a single house at Lot 2230 (No. 136) Litchfield Promenade, Jane Brook. The City is seeking comments on the proposed development located outside the building envelope. Details of the proposal are as follows:

• Dwelling measures 6.42m x 5.936m with a maximum height up to 3.17m.
• The dwelling is setback 5m from the front boundary to Litchfield Promenade in lieu of the required 20m depicted in the approved building envelope.

Prior to Council giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.
