External Storage Areas and Modification to Condition 11.

The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration.

You are invited to comment on the above Planning Application before the City of Swan considers the proposal.

The applicant seeks to amend a Condition of Approval for a previously approved development at Lot 3 (No.400) Victoria Road.

The application proposes to amend Condition 11 of DA-302/2009, which reads:

storage, display or selling of any goods or vehicles whatsoever.

The proposal will result in a variation to the minimum on-site car parking requirements as set out in the City’s Policy POL-TP-129 Vehicle Parking Provisions. The approved use (Industrial – General) requires a minimum of 134 car parking spaces, as set out below:
