The applicant is seeking approval for a shed with a total area of 180m2. The proposed shed has been set back 6 metres from the primary street boundary of the subject lot (please refer to the attached plan). However, the shed is located within the primary street setback area and does not comply with the setback requirements of State Planning Policy 7.3 – Residential Design Codes (R-Codes).
