The City has received a planning application for a Rural Outbuilding at Lot 2145 (No. 350) Pechey Road, JANE BROOK.
The lot is zoned Rural under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Landscape under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17.
The proposal consists of the following particulars:
- 12m x 12m shed
- Wall height 4m
- Total height 5.05m
This proposal varies the provisions of ‘POL-TP-126 Building and Development Standards – Rural Zones’ by virtue of proposing the shed outside of the approved Building Envelope, within 3m of the southern lot boundary.
Prior to the determination of application, the City wishes to formally invite you to provide a submission on this proposal.
