  • Northern setback: Nil
  • Eastern setback: 0.5m

The proposed development seeks the following variations to the Residential Design Codes:

Clause 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks

  • Nil northern lot boundary setback, in lieu of the required 1m
  • 0.5m eastern lot boundary setback, in lieu of the required 1m

Accordingly, the application will be assessed against the relevant design principles of the R Codes.
