The proposed development seeks the following variations to the Residential Design Codes:
Clause 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks

- 0.5m eastern lot boundary setback, in lieu of the required 1m
Accordingly, the application will be assessed against the relevant design principles of the R Codes.
