The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. Prior to the City giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.
The applicant is seeking variations to specific provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 – Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) as outlined below:
Clause 5.1.3 Lot boundary setbacks - In accordance with Table B, a minimum rear boundary setback of 6m is required for lots designated with an R15 density code. The above-mentioned application proposes a minimum rear boundary setback of 1.5m.
