The City has received an application for a proposed Service station, warehouse, and five separate hardstand areas to be used for the purpose of storage at Lot 60 (No. 381) Stock Road, Bullsbrook. The details of the proposal are as follows:


  • A proposed service station with truck refuelling facilities on an 11,835sqm portion of the site, located at the eastern corner of the Neighbourhood Connector road and Stock Road;
  • A proposed workshop/warehouse with ancillary office on a 10,202sqm portion of the site, located at the north eastern corner of the Neighbourhood Connector road and east-west access road; and
  • Five separate hardstand areas to be used for the parking, manoeuvring, loading/unloading of vehicles and the storage of various goods, material and equipment which total 63,061sqm. Hardstand 1 and 2 are located adjoining the service station (between Stock Road and the east-west access road) and the remaining three hardstand areas are located between the east-west access road and the northern boundary.


Please be advised the City is not the decision-maker for this application and the application will be determined by the Metro Outer – Development Assessment Panel (DAP) due to the value of the proposed works. The City’s role is to provide a recommendation to the DAP through a Responsible Authority Report. As part of preparing the City’s Responsible Authority Report to the DAP the City are seeking your comments on the proposal. Your comments will be included within the Responsible Authority Report to ensure that the community’s views can have the opportunity to form part of the DAP’s consideration of the proposal.
