The City is seeking comments on a proposal across Lots 316 & 317 (No.3 & 5) Ewart Street, Midvale for eight (8) grouped dwellings, two (2) of which are proposed as ‘Small Dwellings’.


As the proposed ‘Small Dwellings’ are not listed under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17, they are considered a ‘Use Not Listed’. In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the application has been advertised to all neighbouring properties within a 200m radius.


The Small Dwellings are compliant with the State Planning policy 7.3 - Residential Design Codes.
