The City has received a planning application for a Water Tank at Lot 7 (No. 25) Peaceful Lane, GIDGEGANNUP.
The lot is zoned Rural under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Rural Residential under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17.
The proposal consists of the following particulars:
- 2.18m high, 7.353m watertank
- 92,570L capacity
- In Colorbond Basalt
This proposal varies the setback provisions of POL-TP-126 Building and Development Standards – Rural Zones’ by virtue of proposing a 15m setback to the eastern boundary in lieu of the required 20.
Prior to the determination of application, the City wishes to formally invite you to provide a submission on this proposal.
