The City has received an application for a Single House at Lot 720 (No.117) Apple Street, Upper Swan.
The applicant is seeking approval for a longer boundary than what is permitted “as of right” under the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). The proposal includes the following departures:
- Part C - 3.4 Lot boundary setbacks:
The proposed boundary wall has a length of 16.4m in lieu of the 14 permitted as of right.
Accordingly, the application will be assessed against the relevant design principles of the RCodes.
The City invites your comments on the proposed variation as an affected landowner.
