The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration.

The applicant is seeking approval to construct four (4) Accessible Dwellings at Lot 9029 (No. 60) Arthur Street, Caversham.

As the proposed Accessible Dwellings are not listed under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 17 (LPS17), they are considered a ‘Use Not Listed’. In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the application has been advertised to all neighbouring properties within a 200m radius.

The Accessible Dwellings are compliant with the State Planning policy 7.3 - Residential Design Codes.
