The City has received a development application for a Place of Worship building at Lot 800 (No.52) Luminous Boulevard BENNETT SPRINGS. The lot is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Private Clubs and Institute under the approved Structure Plan.


The application seeks approval for a 391m2 place of worship building, with setbacks of 11.3 m to the eastern boundary, 61 m to the primary street frontage, and 62m to the rear boundary. There is no increase in visitors proposed as part of this application.


The City of Swan is seeking neighbouring residents’ comments on the proposal prior determining this application.
