The applicant is seeking approval for a reduced street setback, proposing a minimum street setback of 4.8 metres in lieu of the 20 metres recommended under the City’s Local Planning Policy.
As a result, the proposal requires an assessment against the objectives of the zone and consideration of any potential impact on the prevailing amenity.
