The City has received an application seeking approval of a patio application on Lot 5809 (No. 24) Fewson Turn, Ellenbrook. Details of the proposal are as follows:


  • Patio with a maximum height of 3.735m above the natural ground line.


The proposed development seeks the following variations to the Residential Design Codes:

  • Nil eastern lot boundary setback, in lieu of the required 1m
  • Open Space of 46.39%, in lieu of the minimum 60%


Prior to Council giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.
