The City of Swan has received an application for a verandah incidental to the existing residential building at Lot 25 (No. 41-43) Spring Park Road, MIDLAND.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The current application seeks approval for a verandah that would be common to both dwellings.
- The proposed verandah has a wall height of 3 metres and a total area of 96.6m². The verandah will be constructed using timber and galvanised iron.
In accordance with the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17, advertising is required as the proposal is an extension to a non-conforming land use.
The City of Swan is seeking neighbouring residents’ comments on the proposal prior determining this application.
