The City has received an application seeking approval of two (2) patios application on Lot 2075 (No. 7) Farnell Lane, Aveley. Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Wrap-around Patio with a maximum height of 3.075m above the natural ground line
- Patio between existing alcove with a maximum height of 2.32m above the natural ground line
The proposed development seeks the following variation to the Residential Design Codes and POL-LP-11 Medium Density Single House Development Standards:
- Nil northern lot boundary setback, in lieu of 1m minimum
- Nil western lot boundary setback, in lieu of 1m minimum
