The City has received an application to fill in a temporary basin at Lot 113 (No.21) Nigella Street, Dayton.
The works entail;
- The temporary basin access being demolished and removed; and
- The removal of an existing drainage bup and 4.8m of drainage pipe.
These works will prepare the site for constructing a Single House at a later date.
This application for earthworks on an otherwise vacant lot does not comprise a land use that can be categorised under the ‘4.3 Zoning Table’ of the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17, therein constituting a ‘Complex’ application as defined within Cl.1 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
This application is being advertised in accordance with Cl.64(3) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 whereby ‘Complex’ applications require notification to be sent to adjoining occupants/landowners of residents within a 200m radius.
