The City has received a Joint Development Assessment Panel planning application for a proposed neighbourhood shopping centre within a portion of Lot 822 Youle-Dean Road, Brabham.


The proposal utlisies an area of approximately 1.75 ha and comprises of the following:

  • A Woolworths supermarket with customer/trading area, back of house, a loading dock and online pick up area
  • Ten (10) Specialist (restaurant/café or retail) tenancies
  • One Kiosk Tenancy
  • 237 on-site carparking bays and 5 motorbike bays
  • A total landscaping provision of 887m2 or 5.1% of the site
  • Vehicles will enter the site off dual crossovers from the future Marvel Entry and Everglade Avenue
  • Pedestrian connectivity proposed along Youle-Dean Road and Everglade Avenue, and internally throughout the development
