The City has received an application seeking approval for a shed at Lot 57 (No.19) Wynne Street, Hazelmere. Details of the proposal are as follow:

  • The proposed shed is 125m2 in area, located at the north-east portion of the property.

The proposed development seeks the following variation to the Residential Design Codes:

RDC (2024) Part B Clause 5.4.3 Outbuildings

  • Total area of 125m2, in lieu of 60m2 maximum
  • North-east lot boundary setback of 1m, in lieu of 1.5m minimum
  • South-east lot boundary setback of 1m, in lieu of 1.5m minimum
  • Wall height of 4.424m, in lieu of 2.4m maximum
  • Ridge height of 4.424m, in lieu of 4.2m maximum
  • Open space of 58%, in lieu of 70% minimum
