The City has received a development application for a proposed ‘Grouped Dwelling’ located in the rear of Lot 186 (No.5) Wagoora Way, KOONGAMIA WA 6056. The applicant is proposing an as-of-right variation to the maximum length allowed for the lot boundaries of the North boundary. The details of the proposed development are as follows:

- Proposed house: 144.33m2 (OS: 50.7%)

The as-of-right variations are:
Lot boundary length on the Northern boundary is 9m, which is 90% of the new lot boundary length in lieu of 66% (9m is only 23% of the adjoining property's boundary).

- contributes positively to the prevailing or future development context and streetscape as outlined in the local planning framework.
Prior to the Council giving consideration to the proposal, comments from the surrounding owners are being sought.
