- Three containers: 12.20 m × 2.44 m × 2.59 m
- Two containers: 6.06 m × 2.44 m × 2.59 m
The applicant is seeking approval for reduced setbacks, proposing:
- Minimum side setback: 5 m (in lieu of 20 m recommended by Local Planning Policy)
- Rear setback: 11 m (in lieu of 30 m recommended by Local Planning Policy)
As a result, the proposal requires assessment against the objectives of the zone and consideration of any potential impact on the prevailing amenity.
