The City has received an application for a proposed carport, verandah and alfresco at 1311 Railway Parade Bullsbrook.
The applicant is seeking variations to the development standards permitted “as of right” under the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). The proposal includes the following departures:
Lot boundary setbacks (Clause 5.1.3 of the R-Codes):
- Proposed verandah is setback of 1m, in lieu of the 1.5m permitted as of right.
Accordingly, the application will be assessed against the relevant design principles of the RCodes.
The City invites your comments on the proposed variations as an affected landowner.
