The City has received a planning application for a Shed at Emmaus Catholic Primary School, Lot 4000 (No. 359) Arthur Street, DAYTON.
The lot is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Special Use Zone 11 under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17.
The proposal consists of the following particulars (if relevant):
- 8m x 10m shed
- 2.4m wall height, 3.178m total height
- Shed to be in Pale Eucalypt
This proposal varies the setback provisions of POL-TP-127 Building and Developmenmt Standards by virtue of proposing a 3m setback to the rear boundary in lieu of the required 9m.
Prior to the determination of application, the City wishes to formally invite you to provide a submission on this proposal.
