The City has received an application for a Home Business at Lot 1457 (No.16) Fairoaks Way, Aveley. Details of the business are outlined below:
- Dog Grooming business (“Scruff Club Grooming’)
- To operate with 18 m² area of the lot’s garage as marked on the plans
- Up to 2 employees (1 who resides at the premises)
- Opening hours: Monday to Sunday 9am to 4pm.
- One car per appointment, up to five customers per day
- Two customers (dogs) at any one time, plus landowner’s pet dog (up to three in total).
The City is satisfied the application meets the definition of a Home Business of Swan Local Planning Scheme 17 but seeks neighbour feedback as part of the assessment process.
