The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration.

Prior to the City giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.

The applicant is seeking variations to specific provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 – Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) as outlined below:


5.1.3 - Lot boundary setbacks C3.2:

In accordance with clause 3.2 boundary walls are not deemed to comply in areas with a density code of R17.5. The application proposes a boundary wall to the proposed ancillary dwelling . In accordance with Table 2a the proposed boundary wall requires a minimum lot boundary setback of 1.1m.
