The City has received an application for a proposed Shed at 69 Caspian Way Brigadoon. The details of the proposal are as follows:
- Measures 12m x 24m (288m²)
- Height: 6.81m
- Proposed street setback: 15.574m, reduced from the 30m standard outlined in the City’s Local Planning Policy for Building and Development Standards within Rural Zones, (POLTP- 126)
The applicant is seeking approval for a reduced street setback. Accordingly, the application will be assessed with regard to the prevailing amenity of the area.
