The City has received a retrospective development approval application for an existing Ancillary Dwelling at 24 North Avenue Bullsbrook.
The applicantion seeks approval for a rear lot boundary setback of 1.465m in lieu of the 1.5m permitted “as of right” under the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes).
As the proposal does not meet the deemed-to-comply provisions, it will be assessed against the relevant design principles of the R-Codes.
The City invites your comments on the proposed variations as an affected landowner.
