- Colour: Classic cream
- Boundary post height: 2.95m
- Ridge height 3.945m
The applicant is seeking a variation to the standard “as of right” lot boundary setback under the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). The proposed variation is:
- Lot boundary setbacks (Clause 5.4.3 of the R-Codes): A lot boundary setback of 0.5m, in lieu of the 1m permitted as of right.
Accordingly, the application will be assessed against the relevant design principles of the R-Codes.
