The lot is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Residential with a density code of R60 under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17
The proposal consists of the following particulars:
- Dwellings 2 storeys in height
- Variations to the required setback of the upper floor
This proposal varies the deemed-to-comply provisions of ‘Clause 3.4 Lot Boundary Setbacks’ by virtue of proposing a 3.6-7mm wall height setback 1.1m in lieu of the required 1.5m.
