The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. The applicant is seeking Development Approval for a carport at Strata Lot 1 (No. 56) Wroxton Street, MIDLAND.
The proposed carport will sit 1m away from the southern lot boundary and 1.3m away from the western lot boundary with a maximum height of 3.2m and a total area of 48m². The proposal seeks to vary the deemed-to-comply principles of the Residential Design Codes 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks in the following manner:
- A setback of 1.3m from the western lot boundary in lieu of 1.5m.
- A setback of 1m away from the southern lot boundary in lieu of 1.5m
