The City has received an application for a development (shed) at Lot 124 (No. 46) Brookvale Mews, Bullsbrook.

As per POL-TP-126, the shed does not comply with the required minimum side boundary setbacks for Rural Residential zoned lots (7.5m in lieu of 20m).

The development entails:

  • 33m x 15m (495 m²) shed
  • 5.5m wall height, 6.82m apex height
  • Setback 70m from front (west), 7.5m from side (south), 102m from rear (east)
  • Openings facing north towards single house
  • No retaining walls or rock pitching proposed
  • Shed to be used for the storage of personal vehicles (boat), vehicle hoist for personal use & general household storage.
