About the survey

The City of Swan Community and Business Perception Survey is now open. The survey gives residents and local business owners the opportunity to share their experiences and feedback about City services, facilities and priorities. It's one of the ways we check in to understand what’s working well, where improvements are needed. Your feedback also tells us how we can make it easier for you to access services and information.

  • Independent delivery and privacy

    The survey is delivered by Catalyse, an independent market research consultancy, on behalf of the City of Swan.

    Using an independent provider ensures the survey is conducted objectively and in line with recognised industry standards. Results can also be benchmarked against other local government areas.

    All responses are secure and confidential. Results are reported in aggregate, and no personally identifiable information is provided to the City.

  • How your feedback is used

    Your feedback helps the City track progress against the outcomes in the Strategic Community Plan 2025-35.

    The results will help guide future planning, service improvements and priorities to better meet community and business needs.
