We are excited to present the masterplans for Pickett Park and the Bullsbrook District Open Space.

As Bullsbrook continues to grow, a number of new community infrastructure projects are being planned for Bullsbrook over the next 5 years. These projects centre around Pickett Park and the future Bullsbrook District Open Space and Community Centre.

A series of stakeholder workshops held between October 2024 – March 2025 informed these plans.

Thank you to the local stakeholder groups and community members involved.

As we draw closer to construction, the city will seek community and stakeholder feedback to inform the detailed design of these facilities.

While the timeline for these projects is dependent on the progress of lot development in Kingsford Estate, we anticipate construction to commence between 2027 and 2030.

Presentation

Following our community consultation in November and December, we've carefully considered all the feedback received and used it to complete a draft masterplan. We're now ready to share this updated draft with you.

Community members who provided feedback to the consultation were invited to a session to view the draft masterplan and offer feedback. It's important to note that at this stage, we're focusing on smaller refinements, so feedback will be targeted to these specific areas rather than broad changes. All feedback gathered will be provided to the consultants to create a final masterplan, which will then be shared with the community.
