As Bullsbrook continues to grow, a number of new community infrastructure projects are being planned for Bullsbrook over the next 5 years. These projects centre around Pickett Park and the future Bullsbrook District Open Space and Community Centre. Your input is crucial in master planning community spaces that meet the growing community’s needs.
Share your thoughts on the upcoming community centre, outdoor youth space, district sporting space, and sporting pavilion. Tell us how you currently use these types of facilities and what you envision for the future. We are dedicated to creating vibrant community spaces that cater to the evolving needs of Bullsbrook residents and your feedback will help us create spaces that enhance our community.
The City held a stakeholder workshop in October 2024 to present the proposed infrastructure changes and collect feedback to inform further the master planning process.
You can view the presentation on this page for further information and some examples of the spaces due for construction. While the timeline for the projects are dependent on the progress of lot development, we anticipate construction to commence between 2027 and 2030.
